SUPERSONIC BRICK LLC ("SSB") is a Delaware-registered brand distribution operator. This policy covers the Supersonic Supply website and any successor domain operated by SSB.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we receive the fields you fill in — your name, work email, company, role, the operator type that describes you, the services you're interested in, and any message you write. We also receive routine server logs from our hosting provider for security and uptime purposes. We do not run behavioral or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to reply to your inquiry, scope an engagement, and maintain a CRM record of our conversation. Server logs are used to diagnose errors, mitigate abuse, and meet basic security obligations. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles, sell to data brokers, or train external machine-learning models.
Sharing
We share submitted information only with the people inside SSB who need it to respond to you, and with operational service providers we depend on to run the site and our business. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We will disclose information if compelled by valid legal process and, where lawful, will notify you first.
How long we keep it
Active engagement records are kept for the duration of the business relationship plus 24 months. Inactive contact form submissions are deleted after 24 months. Server logs are rotated within 90 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact below.
Your rights
Regardless of where you reside, you can ask SSB to confirm what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete what we hold subject to limited legal exceptions, and provide a portable copy. To make a request, email partner@supersonicbrick.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line; we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially expands how we use your data, we will give existing contacts at least 30 days notice by email before it takes effect.
